SafeRBot offers streamlined safety reporting through an AI-powered chat, ensuring

Following the design principles of Human-Centered AI, we design and implement
SafeRBot
to enable efficient and effective communications in two major scenarios:
1) Community members, who have communication barriers to talk to real humans, can choose to
be
guided by an AI agent to file a complete incident report without other humans' involvement
2) Dispatchers can choose to receive AI support when handling incident reports, e.g.,
reducing
repetitious tasks and increasing awareness of potential job potential burnout.
